Manhattan Solutions Lead (WMS)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global Base Camp in Springfield, Missouri, United States. Travel of up to 25% may be required for project support.

What you will do

• Lead solution design, planning, execution, deployment readiness, and continuous improvement for assigned systems.
• Configure, develop, troubleshoot, optimize, and support Manhattan WMi and Manhattan Active WMS.
• Extend warehouse management solutions across new and existing facilities, including integrations, data flows, operational readiness, and deployments.
• Support integrations with ERP, transportation, automation and material-handling, ecommerce, and other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, escalation support, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Communicate solution designs, risks, dependencies, estimates, and delivery progress to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of experience in IT solution delivery, systems support, or application development.
• Hands-on experience with Manhattan Associates WMi 2004 and/or 2014 on IBM iSeries (AS/400).
• Hands-on experience configuring, implementing, supporting, or enhancing Manhattan Active WMS in a distribution, warehouse, or supply chain environment.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS integrations and SQL-based, database-driven system configuration.
• Ability to lead technical workstreams, solve complex problems, communicate clearly, and influence cross-functional outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting environments that combine legacy Manhattan WMi and Manhattan Active WMS.
• Experience with Manhattan Active WMS implementation, migration, upgrades, and cloud-based architecture.
• Experience with warehouse automation, material-handling integrations, supply chain modernization, or warehouse transformation programs.
