Sr. ERP Consultant (SAP SD Module) - Bilingual (English/Korean)

Location: Plano, Texas, USA

Salary: USD 130,000–140,000 per year

What you will do

• Advise users on business-process design, document existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend SAP improvements.
• Support the implementation, management, and optimization of SAP Logistics processes in coordination with company headquarters.
• Provide SAP SD and EDI support, training, and documentation to users across North American sites.
• Monitor system issues and operating performance, prepare reports, and communicate status updates.
• Provide on-call troubleshooting and resolve critical system issues.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience as a functional or business consultant specializing in SAP applications.
• Hands-on functional configuration and design experience in an S/4HANA environment.
• Experience processing multiple EDI document types and understanding EDI standards and architecture.
• Experience with project management, testing, user training, documentation, SDLC, and IT practices.
• Fluent English and Korean required for communication with headquarters.
• Position is based in Plano, Texas, USA; C2C arrangements are not accepted.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong ABAP debugging skills and experience with full-lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, time-management, and customer-prioritization skills.
