Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Skilled Nursing--FULL TIME EVENINGS 2p-10p

Location: Lisle, Illinois, USA; full-time evening shift, 2 p.m.–10 p.m.

Compensation: from $41 per hour

What you will do

• Administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations and company guidelines.
• Complete admissions, assessments, discharges, care plans, service plans, and clinical documentation.
• Track clinical issues such as wounds and infection control under director supervision.
• Consult on residents’ health concerns and notify physicians or family members of changes in health.
• Respond to emergencies, support safety and disaster procedures, and maintain communication across departments.
• Provide health education meetings for residents and staff while protecting confidential information.

Requirements

• Training from an accredited licensed or vocational nursing program with a focus on general nursing.
• At least 1 year of experience in senior care or a related field.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification and basic computer skills.
• Acceptable English proficiency for job duties, workplace communication, and emergency situations.
• Ability to work safely under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and remain calm during critical situations.
