TL;DR
Senior Developer - Power Apps (AI) (Power Platform/Azure): Building and supporting business applications, workflow automations, integrations, and AI-enabled agent experiences with an accent on Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and secure enterprise delivery. Focus on designing maintainable low-code solutions, integrating enterprise data and APIs, deploying through governed ALM practices, and improving agent performance through analytics and user feedback.

is hiring for Microsoft app and AI solutions development within its Operations – IT department.
What you will do
- Design, develop, test, and support Microsoft-based business applications using Azure and Power Platform.
- Build responsive Canvas apps, reusable components, Dataverse-backed solutions, and integrations with SharePoint Online, SQL, Teams, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
- Design and maintain AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Azure AI Foundry, including orchestration, actions, fallback logic, escalation paths, and generative AI capabilities.
- Build Power Automate cloud flows and Azure Logic Apps for approvals, notifications, data movement, and business process automation.
- Deploy and promote solutions across development, test, and production environments using managed solutions, pipelines, Azure DevOps, and other approved ALM practices.
- Collaborate in Agile delivery activities, support testing and production hyper care, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to stakeholders and peers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 4 years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform and/or Azure.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI, conversational AI, or enterprise AI solutions.
- Strong experience with Canvas apps, model-driven apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, connectors, APIs, SharePoint Online, Teams, and SQL.
- Experience with governed enterprise delivery, including security roles, data protection, environment strategy, managed deployments, release validation, and production support.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Power Platform pipelines, or ALM Accelerator.
- Experience integrating with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, Service Bus, or enterprise middleware.
- Familiarity with AI Builder, prompt design, agent evaluation, analytics, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Power BI, consulting, professional services, CX, contact center, or enterprise IT environments.
