Senior Integration Engineer - Tools for IT

What you will do

• Manage administration, operational support, availability, and performance for enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, and internally developed applications.
• Oversee application lifecycles, including onboarding, upgrades, maintenance, enhancements, retirement, transitions, and operational readiness.
• Establish governance standards covering access management, security controls, user provisioning, role-based permissions, documentation, and operating procedures.
• Manage software licensing, optimize license allocation, and identify consolidation, contract optimization, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Evaluate software solutions through proof-of-concepts, pilot programs, technology assessments, and roadmap reviews.
• Support API integrations, automation, workflow improvements, platform adoption, stakeholder collaboration, and metrics reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or application operations.
• Strong understanding of software licensing models, license compliance, and optimization strategies.
• Experience with software evaluation, proof-of-concepts, technology selection, application governance, access management, and security best practices.
• Knowledge of application integrations, platform administration, and operational support.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visual Studio, GitHub, SharePoint Online, Boomi, Atlassian Suite, or similar enterprise platforms.
• ITIL knowledge.
