What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and cloud-native applications using C# and .NET Core 8+.
- Develop Optimizely CMS, Commerce, and DXP solutions, including content models, APIs, middleware, and custom integrations.
- Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs for frontend applications, third-party platforms, and microservices.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve development velocity, code quality, and engineering efficiency.
- Collaborate with QA on automated testing, participate in code reviews, and contribute to sprint planning and technical discovery.
- Troubleshoot complex backend and platform integration issues while sharing engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Strong experience developing robust, scalable backend solutions with C# and .NET Core 8+.
- Hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS, Commerce, and/or DXP, including content modeling, APIs, middleware, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs and their integration with frontend applications, third-party systems, and microservices.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Bicep.
- Experience developing unit, integration, and regression tests, with a commitment to clean and maintainable code.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Vertex Studios, Claude Code Assist, or similar LLM-based tools.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating Generative AI or LLM-powered capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, or other cloud-based AI/ML platforms.
- Experience in integrated marketing, digital agency, marketing services, or consulting environments.
