Director of Manufacturing (Pharmaceutical Operations)

Location: Waukegan, Illinois, United States; onsite leadership of the ReadyCare manufacturing site

hirify.global operates a regulated manufacturing site producing medical wipes, including CHG products, and is investing in its pharmaceutical manufacturing capabilities.

What you will do

• Lead manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain, and facilities operations across a three-shift site with approximately 150 employees.
• Transform the facility into a full-cycle pharmaceutical manufacturing operation grounded in cGMP requirements and disciplined operating practices.
• Partner with Quality, Regulatory, and external experts on FDA remediation, inspection readiness, and sustainable compliance.
• Lead manufacturing readiness, product-line restart, and ramp-up activities to return key products to market.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, equipment reliability, maintenance, and employee training.
• Build and develop the leadership team and predominantly hourly workforce, while managing change and capital expenditures.

Requirements

• Experience leading pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and significant operational transformation.
• Ability to operate in a regulated environment and strengthen cGMP-based processes and operating discipline.
• Experience supporting FDA remediation, regulatory compliance, and inspection readiness.
• Leadership experience across manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain, facilities, and hourly workforces.
• Ability to manage product-line readiness, continuous improvement, inventory control, workplace safety, and capital expansion.
