What you will do

• Develop weekly, monthly, and campaign-based social-first content concepts aligned with brand priorities, seasonal initiatives, product launches, and social trends.
• Build content calendars and recommend platform-specific formats, posting cadence, and channel strategies for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Monitor beauty, fashion, lifestyle, cultural, creator, and platform trends to identify reactive and trend-driven content opportunities.
• Create creative briefs, shot lists, mood boards, storyboards, and creator inspiration decks for internal teams and external partners.
• Analyze social performance, audience behavior, competitive activity, and industry benchmarks to optimize content strategies.
• Collaborate with Social Media, Brand Marketing, Creative, Influencer Marketing, Product Marketing, and Production teams from ideation through execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in content strategy, social media strategy, or digital marketing, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms.
• Experience with creative briefs, mood boards, content calendars, strategic presentations, and social performance data.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and productivity tools.
• English required. Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills are expected.
