Social Media Content Manager - Skincare

Location: Cincinnati General Offices, United States

Salary: $85,000–$122,200 per year, plus bonus where applicable and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and execute platform-native social content strategies for North America skincare brands.
• Identify trends, generate concepts, and produce high-volume content from brief through final delivery.
• Shoot and edit skincare product content, routine demonstrations, ingredient spotlights, expert collaborations, beauty application demonstrations, and trend-driven formats.
• Create motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, kinetic typography, and visual effects for social content.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Design, creative teams, and social content agencies.
• Organize media assets and improve content libraries, editing workflows, templates, and scalable delivery systems.

Requirements

• Experience planning, producing, shooting, and editing social content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other major platforms.
• Proficiency with professional cameras, mobile capture tools, live-action footage, and CG assets.
• Proficiency in Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve, with strong motion graphics skills in After Effects.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, color grading for diverse skin tones, product textures, and skincare product presentation.
• Experience in project management, production, or digital, social, and content delivery workflows.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role; employment is based at the Cincinnati General Offices.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with asset tracking, trafficking, or media delivery systems such as Coupa, AdCost, SharePoint, or Extreme Reach.
