Salary: $85,000–$122,200 per year

COHO is P&G’s internal advertising agency and production studio within the Personal Care division, supporting Beauty and Personal Care brands.

What you will do

• Produce, shoot, and edit social content from concept through final delivery.
• Create platform-native assets for Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts.
• Shoot product content, lifestyle moments, KOL collaborations, beauty demonstrations, and trend-driven formats.
• Track platform trends, formats, algorithms, and performance to inform future content.
• Manage media assets, project files, deliverables, and the ongoing COHO content library.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, brand partners, editors, DP, CG, design, media, community, production, and agency teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of content creation experience with a portfolio.
• Ability to develop an idea, shoot it, and edit a finished asset within tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, content formats, and audience engagement.
• Ability to create polished product and brand imagery using mobile capture or professional cameras.
• Proficiency with quick editing tools such as Premiere, Final Cut, or mobile editing applications, plus basic motion graphics skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.
