Location: New York City, NY; on-site availability required for live event coverage, including nights and weekends as needed.

Salary: $65,000–$90,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Develop social media strategies and concepts for short-form video across Reels and TikTok, with an emphasis on the Rockettes.
• Film, edit, and produce high-volume video content covering events, performances, behind-the-scenes moments, and upcoming shows.
• Lead the social side of on-site shoots and provide real-time creative direction.
• Cover more than 50 events annually and create real-time and post-production content for publication.
• Schedule and publish daily video content, analyze performance data, and use reporting to inform future strategy.
• Coordinate with marketing, communications, archives, photo/video, legal, artists, partners, and other departments while supporting budgets and music licenses.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in live music, entertainment, events, or an agency setting in a similar role.
• Deep understanding of social media content creation and how to tailor creative for effective results.
• Proficiency with social content creation and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Premiere.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, detail-oriented, project management, budget management, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, coordinate cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and deliver on time.
• Availability to work nights and weekends as needed for live game and event coverage.
