What you will do

• Manage, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Define channel strategies and posting cadences for established and growing social platforms.
• Create written posts, infographics, static visuals, short-form videos, and longer-form video content.
• Repurpose blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and other long-form materials into platform-native content.
• Monitor comments, engage communities, participate in industry discussions, and report on performance metrics.
• Support live coverage of major industry events and help employees build personal brands on LinkedIn.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media for B2B companies.
• Understanding of algorithmic best practices for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta, plus Reddit's community norms.
• Experience with creator tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Premiere, or CapCut.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, time management, and content-calendar management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, customer-centric, and detail-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Willingness to appear on camera or provide voiceovers.
• Knowledge of ResTech or AdTech industries.
