What you will do

• Develop weekly, monthly, and campaign-based social-first content concepts aligned with brand priorities, launches, seasonal initiatives, and trends.
• Build content calendars and recommend formats, publishing cadence, and channel strategies for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Monitor beauty, fashion, lifestyle, cultural, creator, and platform trends to identify timely and reactive content opportunities.
• Create creative briefs, shot lists, mood boards, storyboards, and creator inspiration decks.
• Analyze social performance, audience behavior, competitive activity, and industry benchmarks to optimize content strategies.
• Evaluate and implement AI tools, emerging formats, and workflow improvements while collaborating with marketing, creative, influencer, production, and product teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience or industry exposure; content strategy, social media strategy, or digital marketing experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms.
• Experience with content planning, creative briefs, mood boards, strategic presentations, and social media content creation.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and organizational skills, including experience interpreting social performance data.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and productivity tools; video editing experience.
