HR Generalist - Hybrid

Location: Hybrid in Frisco, TX; San Jose, CA; Newport Beach, CA; or New York City, NY. Candidates must live within a commutable distance and be onsite as needed, typically 1–4 days per month. Relocation assistance is not offered.

Salary: USD $95,890–$157,540 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Own and improve employee lifecycle processes across North America, including onboarding, transitions, offboarding, and organizational changes.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to execute workforce planning, talent strategies, restructures, and employee experience initiatives.
• Coordinate annual people programs such as performance management, goal setting, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation cycles, engagement surveys, and recognition programs.
• Develop workforce insights, dashboards, presentations, and reporting on attrition, performance, engagement, onboarding, and talent outcomes.
• Drive HR process simplification, automation, governance, documentation, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Coordinate talent development, leadership development, succession planning, high-potential programs, and cross-functional HR initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience across employee lifecycle management, talent processes, and HR operations.
• Experience independently leading projects and initiatives with limited direction.
• Experience supporting organizational change, workforce planning, and talent initiatives.
• Advanced analytical, reporting, problem-solving, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Strong executive presence, communication, stakeholder management, judgment, discretion, and ability to influence without authority.
• Demonstrated experience driving process improvement and operational excellence while handling sensitive employee matters.
