What you will do

• Collect, analyze, and report sales-related data to improve sales productivity.
• Calculate sales targets at team and individual levels.
• Perform productivity analytics throughout the annual performance cycle.
• Prepare sales metrics reports to support management decisions on team performance.
• Analyze data and derive insights for segmentation, resource deployment, and strategic decisions.
• Review data processes and lead the development of reporting tools and templates for sales and customer care management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Science, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in data analysis, sales finance, Finance, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Tableau for data visualization.
• Proficiency with SQL and data analytics or programming tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
