What you will do

• Create and maintain material data in company systems according to established processes and standards.
• Complete material records with accurate ordering information, pricing, availability, lead times, and supplier data.
• Validate records against business rules and promptly investigate discrepancies.
• Collaborate with procurement specialists and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data consistency.
• Track and report open requests while maintaining clear communication with requesters and stakeholders.
• Support other specialist teams during periods of high workload and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Higher education or comparable work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Practical knowledge of Office programs, especially Excel, and SAP.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently under supervision and collaboratively within a team.
• Proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement in data management.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with inventory and procurement processes.
• Experience in data management, material creation, or related roles.
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools such as Confluence and JIRA or other ticketing systems.
