Data Analyst I - Operations (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global corporate office in Pella, Iowa, USA. No travel is expected.

What you will do

• Analyze operational data to identify trends and correlations using probabilities, distributions, simple linear regression, and other statistical techniques.
• Create dashboards, data visualizations, and actionable reports for operations teams.
• Wrangle data from relational databases, flat files, and non-relational databases.
• Generate business insights through continuous discovery, stakeholder engagement, and documentation.
• Support improvements in data literacy and data-driven decision-making across operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Knowledge of data modeling, data storage technologies, and query languages such as SQL and/or KQL.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, Python, and Databricks.
• General understanding of manufacturing business processes is preferred.
