Contracts Manager (Construction): Managing commercial and contractual activities for complex construction projects with an accent on change management, contractual compliance, document control, and risk mitigation. Location: Houston, TX; Lomira, WI; Milwaukee, WI; St. Louis, MO; Waco, TX, United States. Regular work at assigned project sites is required.

What you will do
- Review prime contracts, subcontracts, change order procedures, notice requirements, milestones, and compliance obligations.
- Manage change order requests, change orders, delay notices, claims, RFIs, submittals, payment applications, and formal correspondence.
- Maintain contractual logs, dashboards, document control systems, version control, auditability, and project documentation standards.
- Identify scope changes, cost overruns, delays, compliance gaps, and other risks requiring contractual action.
- Support change order narratives, time impact analyses, claim documentation, and internal or external project reviews.
- Coordinate contract and documentation reviews across field operations, project management, project controls, and legal/risk teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in construction project engineering, project management, or contract/commercial support.
- Working knowledge of construction contract structures, change management, construction management platforms, scopes of work, cost reports, and schedules.
- Experience with contracts on projects valued at $100 million or more.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, professional written communication, and risk-analysis skills.
- Willingness to regularly work at assigned project sites.
