What you will do

• Work with experienced engineers on improvement and expansion projects in a chemical plant.
• Assist operations and maintenance teams with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem solving.
• Participate in process safety management activities and reviews.
• Contribute to engineering team meetings and conference calls.
• Support further development of process technology.

Requirements

• Be enrolled at an accredited college or university as a junior or above at the time of assignment.
• Pursue an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering or a similar field.
• Have familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Commit to at least six total months as a co-op; two or more terms may be required.
• Immigration sponsorship, including H-1B, F-1 OPT, and TN sponsorship, is not currently available.

• Participation in relevant activities, organizations, or projects beyond the classroom.
• GPA of 3.2 or above.
