Senior HRIS Analyst (Greenhouse)

Location: New York City, NY; onsite

Salary: $83,000–$145,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Gather recruiting and onboarding requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into scalable HRIS solutions.
• Configure and support integrations between HCM platforms, Greenhouse, and onboarding systems while maintaining reliable data flows.
• Complete HRIS configuration tasks and optimize the front-end user experience.
• Produce ad-hoc reports using Greenhouse reporting tools and data for People Acquisition teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Support users, troubleshoot issues with HRIS, IT, and vendors, and implement long-term improvements.
• Design test cases, validate configuration changes and releases, and maintain documentation for integrations, testing, and support procedures.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting employee onboarding systems, preferably EMP Trust.
• At least 3 years of experience working with HCM platforms, preferably Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong SQL skills for reporting, data extraction, and analysis, together with analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience in regulated, audit-driven HR technology environments is highly desirable.
