TL;DR
Sr Employee Relations Partner - Transformation & Employment Practices (HR): Supporting compliant employee relations policies, employment practices governance, workforce transformation initiatives, and risk mitigation across multiple jurisdictions with an accent on policy interpretation, audits, and employment law. Focus on assessing regulatory impacts, supporting mergers and acquisitions due diligence, managing compliance processes, and coordinating with Legal, HR, and business stakeholders.

Location: United States

Salary: $80,800–$116,150 per year, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

  • Develop, review, interpret, and maintain global and regional employment policies and practices with Legal and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor employment law and regulatory changes and assess their impact on policies, processes, and compliance.
  • Support employment practice reviews, risk assessments, corrective actions, and SOX, ISO, state, and federal reporting or audits.
  • Manage Conflict of Interest governance activities and assist with background check adjudications.
  • Support workforce transformation initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, through employment due diligence, coordination, and documentation.
  • Draft employment agreements, notices, and communications; support training, employee matters, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in employee relations, human resources, employment practices, employment law, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Experience with policy development and interpretation, employee relations matters, and employment compliance activities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, risk assessment, and judgment skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a matrixed or global organization.
  • Experience with HRIS, case management systems, and reporting tools.
  • Exposure to global employment practices and multi-jurisdictional employee relations matters.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
