Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives & Organizational Change Management (AI)

Location: Hartford, Connecticut, United States

Annual base salary: $126,500–$208,700, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do

• Lead holistic strategic planning across the AI and Emerging Technology organization and multiple business lines.
• Develop technology strategies, capability roadmaps, initiative prioritization, resource plans, and management reporting.
• Provide organizational change management expertise for AI and emerging technology adoption.
• Assess change impacts, manage stakeholder expectations, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Design learning experiences that build enterprise-wide AI fluency, confidence, and change readiness.
• Mentor OCM and strategy professionals while engaging senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 7 years of related experience, or equivalent education and work experience.
• At least 7 years of project management experience and 2 years managing people or project teams.
• Experience developing multi-year technology strategies and roadmaps and applying advanced project-management methodologies and Agile principles.
• Experience building trusted partnerships with senior executives in collaborative, matrixed organizations.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, facilitation, conflict resolution, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of business intelligence, analytics, technology, and program or portfolio management.
