Accelerator Agile Coach - Performance & Flow Coach

Location: Lyon, France. Hybrid schedule: three days per week onsite at the Part-Dieu office and two days working from home (onsite Monday–Wednesday, remote Thursday–Friday).

Salary: €64,000–€85,333 gross annually, plus short-term incentive and collective variable compensation.

What you will do

• Make delivery flow visible through flow boards, WIP policies, aging-WIP reviews, and operational metrics.
• Coach teams to reduce batch sizes, increase delivery frequency, and build quality into continuous delivery.
• Apply Lean practices including value stream mapping, constraint identification, waste removal, A3, and PDCA.
• Run Kata coaching cycles with teams and leaders based on current conditions, target conditions, experiments, and learning.
• Coach leaders and product owners on Gemba-based leadership, outcome framing, evidence-based bets, and assumption testing.
• Build coaching capability across the organization and progressively reduce dependency on individual coaching.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience coaching delivery teams through sustained operational change.
• Practical expertise with cycle time, throughput, WIP, continuous delivery, Lean, Kata, VSM, A3, and PDCA.
• Experience coaching product owners from output delivery toward outcome ownership and evidence-based decisions.
• Ability to communicate credibly with engineers, data scientists, product owners, plant directors, and senior leadership.
• Fluent English is required; French is advantageous for crucial conversations at the Gemba.
• Ability to work effectively in a GxP-regulated, compliance-heavy environment and design within change-control processes.
