Sr Workday Systems Analyst (Workday)

Location: Taylor, Texas; hybrid with a minimum of 2 on-site days per week. Remote work must be performed from a Texas residence.

Salary: $109,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead functional architecture, design integrity, configuration, and continuous improvement across Workday HCM, Financial Management, Adaptive Planning, Prism Analytics, Cornerstone LMS, and related ERP applications.
• Drive complex cross-module and cross-platform initiatives, release management, defect triage, change approval, and post-release stabilization.
• Architect reporting and analytics using Workday Report Writer, calculated fields, BIRT, Prism datasets and dashboards, and Cornerstone Reporting.
• Create, maintain, and review EIB integrations for inbound and outbound data movement across Workday functional areas.
• Define and govern Workday and Cornerstone security, segregation of duties, audit controls, business processes, and compliance remediation.
• Own complex production support, root-cause analysis, vendor escalations, documentation standards, and technical mentoring for junior analysts.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience beyond degree requirements, including 3 years of hands-on Workday and/or Cornerstone configuration, administration, or development.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience on complex cross-module or cross-platform ERP initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of Workday HCM and Financial Management processes, expert Workday best-practice knowledge, and senior-level Cornerstone OnDemand or major LMS proficiency.
• Experience or capability in business systems and process analysis, EIB integration development, BIRT report design, security architecture, audit support, vendor oversight, and technical communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, MIS, Information Systems, Information Technology, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Taylor, Texas at least 2 days per week and perform remote work from a Texas residence.

Nice to have

• Workday Prism Analytics and Cornerstone LMS administration experience.
• Audit support experience in a SOX-equivalent or NERC CIP environment.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts.
• Multiple Workday Pro certifications or Cornerstone OnDemand administrator training or certification.
