Registered Nurse - Immediate Care of Pepperell - Per diem

Salary: $31.39–$50.22 per hour

What you will do

• Provide direct nursing care in a high-volume immediate care and walk-in setting.
• Triage patients with acute illnesses or injuries in person and by telephone.
• Perform rapid assessments and collaborate with providers to deliver timely care.
• Administer prescribed medications, vaccines, IV fluids, and treatments.
• Assist with wound care, splinting, EKGs, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing.
• Document clinical findings in the EMR, monitor patient conditions, provide education, and support infection prevention and emergency response procedures.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire, a Nurse Licensure Compact state, or Massachusetts required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• At least one year of nursing experience required; urgent care or emergency nursing experience preferred.
• Strong rapid-triage, clinical judgment, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and basic Windows applications.

Nice to have

• RN-BC, CCTM, or specialty certification in urgent or emergency care.
• Experience in urgent care or emergency nursing.
• BSN degree.
