Sr. Staff Customer Trust Manager (AI)

Location: Geneva, Switzerland; on-site. Three anchor office days are required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Candidates must be based in Geneva or be open to relocation to Switzerland.

What you will do

• Manage processes for answering customer and internal security and technical questions.
• Enhance and maintain the Trust Center as a proactive customer resource.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, go-to-market, and Information Security teams to explain complex technical details clearly.
• Review customer contracts, MSAs, and DPAs, including redlining and negotiation support for security clauses.
• Maintain customer trust systems and drive improvements to security tooling and federated security practices.
• Develop LLM prompts and automated workflows to keep security information accurate and current.

Requirements

• Experience reviewing and redlining security clauses and technical language in customer contracts.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate security and architectural requirements for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with senior leaders, including a CISO, and communicating strategy, trust metrics, and risk advice.
• Deep experience across multiple Information Security domains, such as GRC, Cloud Security, IAM, or Application Security.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
• Proven ability to use AI tools and create complex prompts for security and governance automation.
