What you will do

• Oversee and review fund administrators, including NAVs, service levels, and related projects.
• Manage fund and share-class launches, closures, and other product lifecycle initiatives.
• Prepare fund budgets, oversee expenses and reconciliations, and review regulatory reports and financial statements.
• Prepare analytical reports and management information for management, fund boards, committees, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate reporting cycles with fund administrators and collaborate with Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Tax, Finance, and Transfer Pricing.
• Improve workflows, reporting integrity, dashboards, and capital and financial management oversight in line with CP86 and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Accounting or finance professional with technical accounting knowledge.
• Experience in asset management is advantageous.
• Experience preparing audited financial statements is advantageous.
• Demonstrated process improvement and stakeholder value creation.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines, manage multiple tasks, analyze complex issues, and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Work from the Dublin, Ireland office is required.
