Fund Accounting Supervisor

What you will do

• Oversee mutual fund accounting activities for several large, complex funds or a group of funds.
• Respond to client inquiries and escalated issues, acting as the primary contact for senior-level client representatives.
• Analyze transactions, valuation impacts, portfolio hedging, performance fees, dilution levies, and other portfolio-impacting items.
• Manage incidents, escalate issues according to established tolerances, and coordinate client meetings and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Operations, Treasury, and Markets to resolve inquiries and improve service levels.
• Review fund accounting activities to ensure accurate and timely valuations, accounting records, and reports.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience with daily mutual fund accounting activities.
• Strong understanding of portfolio hedging, performance fees, dilution levies, and other portfolio-impacting aspects.
• Ability to analyze transaction validity and valuation impacts and resolve complex client issues.
• Strong teamwork and commitment to supporting company and team objectives.
