Accountant, Financial Reporting (Investment Funds)

Location: Limerick, Ireland. Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland for the duration of employment. Employment permit sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Prepare interim and annual financial statements for administered investment funds.
• Produce group, board, ad hoc, regulatory, and client reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors, manage audit queries, and coordinate the audit process.
• Prepare and review tax computations while meeting tax, regulatory, and client-service deadlines.
• Coordinate with Transfer Agency, Custody/Trustee, Fund Accounting, Client Services, Legal, and Client Expenses teams.
• Plan and review outsourced work with support locations and provide timely feedback.

Requirements

• Accounting experience; investment industry or financial reporting experience is advantageous.
• Qualified or part-qualified accountant, or substantial equivalent accounting experience.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage time, follow structured processes, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, client-service, problem-solving, and desktop IT skills.
• Motivation, accountability, initiative, and effective teamwork.
• Experience with Global Invest One or Enterprise is advantageous.
