Director, Agile Product Owner – Claim Analytics (AI)

Location: Hartford, Connecticut, United States

Annual base salary: $120,400–$198,700, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional Agile product team focused on auto claims analytics and AI-powered capabilities.
• Define, prioritize, refine, and maintain the product backlog; accept final outputs and make trade-off decisions to maximize value.
• Translate business strategies and stakeholder needs into execution-ready work, team goals, product vision, and roadmap priorities.
• Represent end users through research, interviews, surveys, feedback, acceptance criteria, and business-readiness activities.
• Set objectives and KPIs, measure solution performance, run experiments, and continuously improve the product roadmap.
• Partner with business leaders and peers on resources, adoption, impediment removal, Agile practices, and cross-team alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least three years of experience in a related field and three years of experience motivating or influencing teams.
• Two years of Agile product management experience and two years of experience in a supported discipline such as claims, technology, project management, or application development.
• Three years of experience articulating and translating business strategy, product vision, and product analysis.
• Experience applying Agile principles, product thinking, servant leadership, influence, communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with claims, particularly auto claims, and the ability to connect business needs with analytics, AI, and emerging technologies.
