Director, AI & Value Acceleration- MedTech Supply Chain (AI)

Location: Raritan, New Jersey, United States, or another MedTech site location

Salary: $164,000–$282,900 per year

What you will do

• Define and lead the AI enablement and value acceleration strategy for global digital transformation programs, including Transcend ERP.
• Build a portfolio of agentic AI automation opportunities focused on cost reduction, efficiency, and delivery acceleration.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI solutions, from ideation and roadmaps through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with supply chain operations, IT, data science, business units, and other stakeholders.
• Establish a scalable agentic AI framework and define KPIs for digital performance and value realization.
• Drive adoption through go-to-market and change management strategies while ensuring privacy, security, and auditability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Experience Design, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in digital strategy, product management, digital transformation, or a related area.
• Experience leading digital product development, agile methodologies, product roadmaps, and global transformation programs.
• Understanding of AI concepts, including agentic intelligent automation and emerging AI technologies.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with common business tools in the Microsoft ecosystem.

Nice to have

• Experience with supply chain processes, ERP implementations such as SAP, and high-performing teams.
• Experience design skills including wireframing, mockup design, and information architecture.
• Exposure to AI-enabled testing, documentation automation, or automated quality assurance tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps, delivery acceleration techniques, and modern program management practices.
