Amazon Product Development Manager (Beauty)

Location: Port Washington, New York, United States; onsite at HQ

Annual compensation: $69,000–$137,000 USD

What you will do

• Own Amazon catalog strategy, including SKU rationalization, bundling, and the channel product roadmap.
• Identify product opportunities using marketplace, consumer, and competitor insights.
• Coordinate end-to-end Amazon launches, including ASIN setup, content development, promotions, and listing compliance.
• Define product positioning, pricing strategy, and competitive differentiation.
• Analyze conversion rate, BSR, reviews, revenue contribution, and other product-level KPIs.
• Coordinate with Brand, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Advertising teams on launches, forecasting, replenishment, and campaigns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce product management, product development, category management, merchandising, or e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon catalog management, listing optimization, marketplace trends, and product launch processes.
• Experience translating consumer and marketplace insights into commercially viable product opportunities.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Korean language required.

Nice to have

• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, personal care, CPG, or other consumer products.
