Amazon Business Director (Beauty)

Location: Port Washington, New York, USA — HQ; onsite

Salary: $123,000–$226,000 annual

What you will do

• Own the full Amazon P&L, including revenue, margins, COGS, advertising, promotions, and profitability.
• Define and execute the long-term Amazon channel strategy, including sales, market share, growth, and profitability objectives.
• Lead Amazon business planning across 1P and/or 3P models and identify opportunities in categories, products, pricing, promotions, and Amazon programs.
• Build strategic relationships with Amazon, Vendor Central and Seller Central contacts, and external partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to improve performance, inventory health, and key business KPIs.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the Amazon team while presenting business performance and strategic roadmaps.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, Amazon, or digital commerce, including significant leadership experience.
• Proven experience owning and growing an Amazon business and managing P&L.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central and 1P/3P business models.
• Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, strategic planning, communication, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate strategy into execution.
• Ability to work onsite at the Port Washington, New York HQ.

Nice to have

• Experience in beauty, personal care, or the CPG industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience with international Amazon marketplaces, including Canada and Europe.
