Rapid Response Team Lead (Network Configuration)

What you will do

• Lead the executive support group and coordinate delivery within a government multi-contractor environment.
• Oversee baseline configuration of network hardware, software, and documentation according to DoD engineering standards.
• Manage the development and maintenance of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and integrate it with external service and agency systems.
• Validate network configurations against DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) before deployment.
• Track hardware and software warranties and licenses throughout the product lifecycle.
• Prepare monthly baseline, warranty and licensing, and asset and configuration management reports.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Lead Project Manager and at least 3 years in a DoD IT environment.
• Proven experience in network configuration and security management in a DoD environment.
• Experience managing CMDBs and integrating IT management practices.
• Expert managerial, leadership, communication, decision-making, and stakeholder consultation skills.
• Ability to manage project budgets and work effectively under pressure.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required. Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business management, or a related field is required.
