What you will do

• Support market participant committees, subcommittees, working groups, and task forces through the governance process.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, including schedules, agendas, materials, logistics, and formal minutes.
• Foster collaboration and consensus while monitoring compliance with parliamentary procedures and standards.
• Provide business support, training, information, and guidance on stakeholder meeting processes and requirements.
• Maintain stakeholder policies, procedures, workflows, and processes aligned with PUCT rulings and Board mandates.
• Build relationships with hirify.global staff and market participants while developing knowledge of the hirify.global energy market and regulatory environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to analyze situations and data using standard professional practices and procedures.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholder meetings, manage workflows, and communicate information clearly.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the utility, independent system operator, or power systems sector.
