What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end safety frameworks for large language models.
• Develop risk mitigation and safe inference strategies for reliable AI behavior.
• Identify vulnerabilities and contribute to adversarial testing, bias detection, and mitigation.
• Integrate safety mechanisms into AI workflows and pipelines with research and product teams.
• Design, optimize, and fine-tune LLM architectures using domain-specific datasets.
• Turn research ideas into working prototypes and track advances in deep learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Experience developing and deploying LLMs, including GPT, BERT, or related architectures.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of distributed training techniques and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and independent working skills.
