Company

hirify.global develops aerospace and national security technologies, including manned and unmanned aircraft systems and C4ISR capabilities.

What you will do

  • Design, implement, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models for object detection, signal processing, predictive analytics, perception, and decision-making.
  • Develop data pipelines for collecting, preprocessing, and managing large-scale datasets, while identifying and addressing data-quality gaps.
  • Integrate AI/ML models into operational systems using efficient, modular code and support reliability, compatibility, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Test and validate models in simulated and real-world conditions, including performance profiling on CPU/GPU architectures.
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers, software developers, and systems architects on mission-critical requirements.
  • Document technical designs, workflows, testing procedures, validation results, and compliance activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, applied statistics, engineering, or a related STEM discipline, plus 2+ years of related experience. Relevant experience may substitute for education; without a degree, 6+ years of related experience is required.
  • Practical experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch and supervised, unsupervised, and introductory reinforcement learning methods.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and evaluating ANNs, CNNs, and RNNs and deploying AI/ML solutions in production or research environments.
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, C#, or Java.
  • U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance are required.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field.
  • Experience with reinforcement learning, generative AI models, GANs, Transformers, or advanced ML techniques.
  • GPU programming, CUDA, hardware acceleration, or edge AI experience.
  • Agile or DevOps experience in software or ML project environments.
  • Experience analyzing diverse datasets, gathering requirements, and deploying ML systems.

Culture & Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • 401(k) plan with a 150% company match up to 6%.
  • Life insurance and three weeks of paid time off.
  • Tuition reimbursement.
  • Collaborative, mission-focused work supporting aerospace and national security objectives.
