What you will do

• Manage integration across all functions of the task order and maintain alignment with program schedules, costs, and contractual obligations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and negotiate adjustments to plans, costs, and schedules.
• Compile, review, and present monthly status reports, financial updates, and budget execution information to customer and SREC leadership.
• Analyze cost, schedule, and performance data to identify variances and develop corrective action plans.
• Gather customer requirements, lead technical exchange meetings, conduct stakeholder briefings, and provide status reporting.
• Provide administrative oversight for task order personnel and ensure contractor travel requests are processed and funded.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required; ability to obtain a CI Poly required.
• Master’s degree in Business Management or a closely related discipline.
• At least 20 years of experience in the discipline, including at least 12 years supporting SOF or interagency units.
• Experience providing leadership or management services within the USSOCOM enterprise, supervising and training personnel, and executing projects on schedule and within budget.
• Experience addressing emerging project requirements and supporting workforce recruitment, hiring, and retention.
• Active PMP certification or equivalent, with the ability to provide strategic advice and technical guidance to senior defense planners and policymakers.
