Salary: $118,000–$177,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Develop discussion guides, screening criteria, surveys, stimuli, and other primary market research materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external programming and fielding partners to launch surveys and interviews.
• Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative primary market research data.
• Lead project workstreams, coordinate junior staff, and communicate with project managers and leadership.
• Create visual PowerPoint presentations that explain research findings and client implications.
• Support proposal development and mentor and train junior employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sciences, social sciences, mathematics, statistics, engineering, public health, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in primary market research or consulting within the life sciences industry.
• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Knowledge of the biopharma commercialization process and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
