Location: Hybrid role based in Boston, Massachusetts; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; or New York, New York, with work-from-home and on-site presence at client or offices. Travel is required as needed for client-facing work.
Salary: $120,000–$137,000 per year.

What you will do
- Support client projects and problem-solving initiatives focused on oncology.
- Conduct market and desk research, patient journey analyses, and analyses of patient and healthcare professional behavior data.
- Design custom analyses using Excel, Access, Confirmit, and proprietary software.
- Synthesize and present oncology-related findings focused on patient outcomes and engagement.
- Develop client relationships and serve as a point of contact for project components.
- Support program planning, status updates, risk and issue mitigation, deadlines, and Associate mentoring.
Requirements
- PhD or a master's degree with a bachelor's degree in biology, business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences, social sciences, or a related field.
- Alternatively, 3–6 years of relevant post-study professional experience in lieu of a PhD.
- Strong oral and written communication, problem-solving, planning, organization, attention to detail, and quality focus.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and project teams.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.

- Experience in oncology or life sciences.
- Familiarity with oncology, cancer care delivery, or specialty therapeutics.
