Salary: $120,000–$137,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop structured solutions to client business problems using problem-solving frameworks.
• Conduct market and desk research to generate insights and support client decision-making.
• Design custom analyses using Excel, Access, Confirmit, and proprietary software.
• Synthesize findings and communicate recommendations through written and oral presentations.
• Build client relationships, support project planning, provide status updates, and mitigate risks and issues.
• Mentor Associates and contribute to improving consulting and problem-solving capabilities.

Requirements

• PhD or a master’s degree with a bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively oriented field such as business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences, or social sciences.
• Alternatively, 2–5 years of relevant post-study professional experience may be considered in lieu of a PhD.
• Strong oral and written communication, attention to detail, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and a collaborative, client-first mindset.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer sponsorship.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship; travel is required for client-facing work.
