Salary: $120,000–$137,000 per year

What you will do

• Apply structured problem-solving frameworks to client business challenges.
• Conduct market and desk research to generate insights for client decision-making.
• Design custom analyses using Excel, Access, Confirmit, and proprietary software.
• Synthesize and present findings to clients and internal teams.
• Build client relationships and serve as a point of contact for project areas.
• Support program planning, status updates, risk mitigation, deadlines, and the development of Associates.

Requirements

• PhD or a master's degree with a bachelor's degree in a quantitatively oriented field such as business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences, or social sciences; alternatively, 2–5 years of relevant post-study experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, planning, and organization.
• Problem-solving ability, adaptability, initiative, empathy, and a collaborative approach.
• Aptitude for team leadership and mentoring.
• Fluent English required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
