What you will do

• Greet and register patients, notify medical staff of arrivals, and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate referrals, specialist visits, hospital testing, and laboratory work.
• Complete prior authorizations according to insurance requirements.
• Check patients out, collect payments, schedule follow-up appointments, and post charges using diagnostic and CPT coding when required.
• Maintain and optimize provider schedules and confirm daily appointments.
• Recommend and implement systems that improve registration accuracy, patient care, and administrative efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting performing similar functions preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• No certification or licensure required.
• Onsite work in Allenstown, New Hampshire, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
