Location: New York, New York, United States. Onsite presence at an office or stadium is required; remote and hybrid options are not offered. The role requires frequent evenings, weekends, and approximately 40% domestic and international travel. No relocation assistance will be provided.
Salary: $135,000–$165,000 USD per year.

What you will do
- Help develop and execute strategy for the global competitive flag football ecosystem.
- Manage strategic relationships with TMRW Sports, IFAF, national federations, national teams, leagues, clubs, tournament operators, and event organizers.
- Support professional league operations, competition development, athlete engagement, and market growth.
- Advance international competitions, Olympic qualification initiatives, governance practices, competition standards, and officiating frameworks.
- Develop events and initiatives for professional, amateur, recreational, men's, and women's flag football.
- Present strategic recommendations to leadership and external partners while coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10–12 years of experience in sports business, football operations, league operations, competition management, international sports, partnership management, or a related field.
- Experience managing strategic partnerships and stakeholder relationships in complex sports environments.
- Strong knowledge of competitive flag football, including leagues, tournaments, governing bodies, clubs, and national teams.
- Strong project management, organizational, negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and iuencing skills.
- Experience with public speaking, executive presentations, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
Nice to have
- Experience with international sports ecosystems, national team programs, governing bodies, professional leagues, or emerging sports properties.
- Familiarity with IFAF, Olympic competition structures, and international sports governance.
- Knowledge of adult participation and recreational sports programming.
