Focus on preparing medical records, performing venipuncture and screenings, maintaining clinical supplies, and processing prescriptions and prior authorizations.

Location: Manchester, NH, United States; Monday–Friday daytime schedule with variable shifts

hirify.global provides care through Elliot General Surgery, including diagnosis and surgical treatment for a range of general surgery conditions using open, robotic, and minimally invasive procedures.

What you will do

  • Assist providers with patient examinations, procedures, diagnostic studies, treatments, and dressing changes.
  • Prepare visit charts by organizing diagnostic results, reports, discharge summaries, and consultations.
  • Room patients, record complaints and medical histories, and document vital signs and condition-specific measurements.
  • Conduct and document hearing, vision, respiratory, ECG, screening, point-of-care, and specimen-collection procedures.
  • Perform venipuncture, administer medications and immunizations, and process prescription refills.
  • Handle medication and procedure prior authorizations and maintain clinical supplies and medication samples.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • For MA I: completion of an accredited MA or training program with externship, or relevant healthcare experience with formal training.
  • For MA II: at least three years of Medical Assistant experience.
  • BLS authorization must be obtained within 90 days of employment and maintained throughout employment.
  • CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification is preferred for MA I and required for MA II.
  • Relevant healthcare experience is required; ambulatory clinical care experience is preferred.
