What you will do

• Provide member support on protection product coverage, limitations, and claim processing procedures.
• Maintain, update, retain, and service existing protection product policies.
• Review policies for compliance with applicable regulations.
• Process policy and coverage changes and coordinate with vendors to confirm accurate completion.
• Schedule protection product training and provide technical and operational assistance to frontline staff.
• Provide consultative guidance on credit union products and services by assessing member needs and addressing concerns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Personal Lines Insurance License or Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Background administering non-deposit insurance products and knowledge of consumer-related insurance.
• California Department of Insurance license(s) required to issue and service available protection products.
• Knowledge of Accidental Death & Dismemberment protection, Debt Cancellation, Credit Insurance, Mechanical Breakdown Protection, or GAP is preferred.
