Member Service Representative (Full-Time) – Camp Creek Pkwy-Atlanta

Location: On-site at 3620 Camp Creek Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia, United States; may require working at or transferring permanently to neighboring branches within a reasonable commuting distance.

What you will do

• Advise members on financial wellness, banking products, services, and convenient self-service channels.
• Research and resolve complex account discrepancies and member concerns.
• Identify and mitigate potential fraud or suspicious account activity.
• Process complex transactions, including large cash withdrawals, loan payoffs, and certificate redemptions.
• Maintain accurate, compliant handling of cash, negotiable instruments, and branch transactions.
• Support branch operations, vault procedures, local financial outreach, and the development of lower-level team members.

Requirements

• Advanced relationship-building, communication, analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of deposit and loan products, financial services operations, and applicable institutional policies.
• Ability to work independently and in a team while maintaining composure in a high-production, changing environment.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems, adapt to evolving technologies, and exercise sound judgment.
• Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, including fingerprinting and background checks, is required before assuming employment duties.
• Availability Monday through Saturday, with hours based on business needs.
