Technical Implementation Advisor - eviCore (Healthcare Technology)

Location: United States Work at Home; remote work may be permanent or occasional, subject to cable broadband or fiber internet with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

Salary: USD 110,500–184,100 per year, depending on experience and geographic location, plus eligibility for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Lead complex technical implementation and integration projects for healthcare technology solutions.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to define requirements, recommend solutions, and deliver project milestones.
• Provide guidance on healthcare data exchange, interoperability standards, EHR structures, and system integrations.
• Research and resolve technical issues, improve solution performance, and reduce client disruption.
• Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Design processes for application maintenance, issue resolution, secure data handling, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in healthcare IT, healthcare technology, or a related technical field.
• Experience leading complex technical implementation or integration projects and managing multiple priorities.
• Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries and analyzing complex data models.
• Knowledge of healthcare IT applications, workflows, business processes, EHR data structures, and system integrations.
• Understanding of HL7, FHIR, and X12 278 interoperability standards.
• Strong client relationship, communication, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and analytical skills, including experience handling sensitive data securely and compliantly.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud technologies, including Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with healthcare interface engines and integration platforms.
• Knowledge of CMS-0057 regulations and Da Vinci FHIR implementation guides.
• Experience with technical consulting, training, or knowledge transfer for client technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, healthcare informatics, or a related field.
