Marketing Technologist – IT, Grooming Digital Presence & DTC

Location: Boston GO & Tech Center; work from the Boston office 3 days per week

Salary: $110,000–$165,300 per year, plus potential bonus and benefits

What you will do

• Own and improve MarTech capabilities supporting Grooming brand websites and DTC online stores, including launches, migrations, content delivery, and platform changes.
• Translate marketing and business needs into technology requirements, delivery plans, product backlogs, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Improve digital discoverability through SEO, Generative Engine Optimization, structured data, metadata, page experience, crawlability, and content performance.
• Use analytics and reporting to identify opportunities across websites, DTC, CRM, content, data flows, ratings and reviews, and operational health.
• Support consumer data activation through CRM foundations, segmentation, audiences, personalization, lifecycle journeys, and first-party data use cases.
• Coordinate agencies, vendors, and platform partners while ensuring operational health, privacy, security, compliance, documentation, and support readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing Technology, Business Technology, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with consumer-facing digital platforms such as websites, eCommerce/DTC, CRM, content management, digital analytics, or related MarTech platforms.
• Experience translating business or marketing requirements into technology requirements, delivery plans, product backlogs, or implementation plans.
• Working knowledge of digital analytics, tagging, reporting, data flows, or dashboarding.
• Experience working with digital agencies, technology vendors, platform partners, or development teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with DTC/eCommerce, CRM, web content management, ratings and reviews, marketing automation, or consumer data activation.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Experience with SEO, Generative Engine Optimization, structured data, schema, metadata, page performance, or crawlability.
• Experience with Agile, product backlog management, roadmap planning, digital product ownership, IT operations, incident management, ITIL, SRE, or observability.
• Experience with TikTok Shops, social commerce, headless commerce, AI-enabled digital operations, AI search readiness, or personalized shopping.
