Software Engineer, Product (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, with four days per week in the office; open to candidates willing to relocate

Salary: $140K–$200K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end implementation and execution of high-stakes customer engagements and projects.
• Discover customer requirements and determine how to apply the voice AI agent solution.
• Build and implement new features with customers.
• Integrate customer-specific features into the core engineering product.
• Deliver reliable, compliant, and efficient customer service solutions.

Requirements

• Relevant college and post-college work experience in a fast-moving environment.
• Customer-facing polish, strong communication skills, and the ability to run discovery and extract requirements.
• Strong hands-on coding ability in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Excellent technical documentation and cross-team communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical customers in a dynamic environment with evolving objectives.
• Ability to work four days per week from the San Francisco office.
